Strategy
We face the challenge of bringing an artisanal production ice cream located on the outskirts of
the city of San Nicolás to a particular audience: vegans and nutritional profiles.
We study the competition and insert the brand in the city centre. We participate in vegan fairs
with a mobile stand. We carry out free ice cream tastings until we can compete in the market.
Results
Love/fanaticism for La Dolce ice creams. We got almost 1000 Instagram followers in the three
months we worked without spending any money on advertising (guideline). Sales skyrocketed
from actions like giveaways and free shipping to our followers.
